While the head of the Alba County Police Inspectorate mentions a 14-year-old minor, DGASPC Alba communicated to the press about a 15-year-old adolescent who contacted the centers to report the abuse she had suffered. On November 4, 2026, a court in Alba admitted the prosecutors' proposal and issued a preventive detention warrant for 30 days. The 61-year-old suspect has been continuously accused since October 2026 of operations with pornographic materials and recruitment of minors for sexual purposes. The manager of DGASPC Alba, Mihai Tonea, stated that the protection team reported the case to the Police as soon as they found out, providing all available evidence.
