The Dăeni Dog Shelter Case, Police: Criminal case opened against three companies and Prahova municipalities
The Prahova Police have opened a criminal investigation after animals at the private shelter in Dăeni, Tulcea County, were found in an advanced state of malnutrition. There are suspicions that three companies illegally appropriated significant sums from contracts with Prahova municipalities.
