Pallaavii Chatterjee sees Diwali as an opportunity to seek divine blessings, spread happiness, and spend time with loved ones, rather than getting caught up in material excesses. The actress believes the festival symbolizes the importance of positivity and hope for a better life. “For me, Diwali means seeking the blessings of Lord Ganesha and Maa Laxmi for prosperity, peace, and happiness. The meaning of the festival is deeply tied to positivity and the hope of a better life,” she stated. [1]

Regarding her plans for the holiday, Pallaavii confessed that she prefers visiting friends and spending time with loved ones, enjoying the festive atmosphere. However, when it comes to balancing professional commitments and celebrations, the actress notes that work takes precedence. “Work is prioritized over everything else. Since Diwali is celebrated at home by everyone, people usually take one or two days off. But if there are outdoor film shoots or other professional obligations, we have to work,” Pallaavii explained.
