David Creța, the 18-year-old striker of TSG Hoffenheim, has received FIFA approval to play for the Romanian national team. [1]
The player was born in Cluj but moved to Germany at the age of two and was part of the TSG Hoffenheim and Kirchardt academies. He scored 11 goals in 11 matches for Hoffenheim's U17 team in the Bundesliga, as well as 11 goals for the U19 team in the Bundesliga and UEFA Youth League. [1]
