ICCJ ordered ANAF to pay compensation for the costs of a bank guarantee
The High Court of Cassation and Justice upheld the decision by which a company obtained compensation for the costs of issuing and maintaining a bank guarantee letter, intended to suspend the enforcement of a tax assessment deemed illegal in administrative proceedings.
