A new album based on the Belgian comic character Gaston Lagaffe, created by André Franquin, has achieved strong sales success shortly after its release. The book, titled *Des boums et des paf*, was written by Lewis Trondheim and illustrated by Delaf, marking the first time Trondheim has handled the screenplay for the character. [1]
